Shipping & Delivery
Everything is made to order
We do not hold stock. Each item is printed or embroidered after you order, which is why your crest looks the way it does and why nothing sits in a box fading on a shelf. It also means there are two stages to every delivery: production, then transit.
Production
Production begins once your payment is confirmed. Current production estimates are shown on the product page and again at checkout.
Where your order ships from
Most of our range is produced in Australia. Some items are not made here and ship from overseas, which takes longer. The product page tells you which is which before you buy.
Delivery cost
Delivery is calculated at checkout, before you pay, based on what is in your basket and where it is going. You will always see the full amount before payment.
Ordering more than one item in the same order is cheaper than ordering them separately, because additional items in a parcel cost far less to send than the first one.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees — the parcel is carried by a third-party courier once it leaves production. We are responsible for your order until it reaches your address. If it does not arrive, contact us and we will resolve it.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm the correct one, and a reshipping charge may apply.
Lost parcels
If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, contact us within 30 days of that date so we can trace it with the courier. This request does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
